Common Questions
How much running can it handle each day?
Up to 3 hours of total use per day. 60 minute running sessions, 90 minute jogs, and walking for 2+ hours. It's the first model in the range built around running rather than walking.
Is it easier on my knees than a cheaper treadmill?
That's the V5's main upgrade. A larger, heavier 1480 × 500 mm deck that absorbs impact better than entry-level units, making sessions easier on knees, ankles and shins.
What top speed do I really need?
The V5 reaches 18 km/h. Covers virtually every recreational runner (a sub-3-hour marathon pace is about 14 km/h). If you want genuine sprint-interval work, the V7T Plus and V8T reach 20 km/h.
Does it fold?
Yes. Despite the bigger running deck, the V5 folds and fits sensibly into a home gym or spare room.
How does delivery work?
We ship Australia-wide from our warehouse. Freight is quoted at checkout for your postcode. In Perth metro and Mandurah you can add White Glove Installation, where our own team delivers, positions, assembles and takes the packaging away. You can also collect from a Flex store.
