Depot Collection:

1. When you're ready to checkout, select the 'Depot Collection' option located near you.
2. Once your order has been successfully processed, you'll receive an email containing a 'packing slip' that includes a consignment number and the address of the depot location.
3. Our team will then begin preparing your order for collection. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be fully prepared.
4. Once your order is ready for collection, our depot team will call to arrange a convenient day and time to collect your order.
5. When arriving at the depot, simply provide the consignment number and your drivers license to collect your order.
