Common Questions
How much can I use it each day?
The V1 is built around walking. 45-60 minute walking sessions and around 1 hour of total use per day. Jogging is fine in 20-30 minute stretches, but if you plan to run regularly, step up to the V5 or above.
Is it easy to store?
Yes. The V1 folds and is the most compact treadmill in the GO30 range, built for homes where the treadmill packs away between sessions.
What top speed do I really need?
The V1 tops out at 16 km/h. Most walkers and light joggers sit between 4-8 km/h, so there's plenty of headroom for its intended use.
AC vs DC motor: does it matter?
The V1 uses a 1.25 hp DC motor, which suits shorter daily sessions. AC motors (V3 and up) run cooler and last longer under heavy daily use. Worth the step up if the treadmill will get hours of use every day.
How does delivery work?
We ship Australia-wide from our warehouse. Freight is quoted at checkout for your postcode. In Perth metro and Mandurah you can add White Glove Installation, where our own team delivers, positions, assembles and takes the packaging away. You can also collect from a Flex store. Requires ground floor access with a safe, clear path (no stairs). Covers equipment assembly only: flooring is delivered, not laid. Currently available in Perth metro and Mandurah.
