The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Dual Front Pulldown/High Row provides a safe and comfortable method to maximise development of your upper body.

Switch easily from the lat pulldown with the focus more on back width, into a high row to focus more on overall upper back thickness and rear delts. 
Height Adjustable Seat: Set the seat height to allow a full stretch at the top of each rep.
Chest Pad with Bracing Handle: A high-density foam chest support pad sets the correct torso angle, and you can use the bracing handles for unilateral work if desired. Maximising torso stability increases the stress you can apply directly to the desired muscles. 
Multi Grip Angled Handles: The angled handles allow for pronated, neutral or supinated grips to be used. Dual functionality strength machine combining lat pulldown and high row.
