So how do they work? With the dumbbells in their trays, simply rotate the handle forward or back, to increase or decrease the weight in 2kg steps. Select a weight from 2kg to 32kg with just a few clicks! Weight options are: 2Kg – 4kg – 6kg -- 8kg – 10kg -- 12kg – 14kg -- 16kg – 18kg -- 20kg
