    Leg Press

I workout at the gym 2 times a day without exception -- albeit except for an occasional lapse, which at least in my own experience is unavoidable -- but unlike other committed gym members, the leg press -- the same as in the above picture -- is the only weight-training exercise that I do, on which I average roughly 45 minutes each time at either 160 or 180lbs and thus 1.5 hours in total each day. Aside from that, I do 2 x 45 minute workout online videos each time = 1.5 hours x twice a day = 3 hours in total per day doing workouts. For the latter workout video I use dumbbells, which is thus additional weight training, while for the first video I do, that is mostly focused on the legs and thus helps me to repair any damage caused by the leg press. I also do on average 30 minutes each time on the treadmill = 1 hour, which further repairs damaged caused by the leg press. Thus the total exercise per day = 5.5 hours, albeit that is a somewhat rough estimate, and being more honest with myself is the ideal, as I don't always complete this routine each day. Damage from the leg press is a real issue, but should not discourage such use as described above.

Anyway, the above is in my own opinion an exercise routine that is ideal for females more so than males -- albeit I am a male -- because it is focused on weight loss and health, as measured in terms of calories burned according to my Fitbit watch, rather than building muscle which doesn't burn much calories.
