FUNCTIONAL TRAINER COMPONENT

Experience the versatility of the F40 PRO's functional trainer component, equipped with 70KG weight stacks on each side. Perform a wide range of cable exercises with smooth and durable motion, thanks to the high-quality aluminum pulleys and heavy-duty cables rated to over 350kg. 1 The innovative pop-pin adjustment system allows for quick and easy height adjustments, ensuring a personalised workout experience.

SMITH MACHINE COMPONENT

The integrated Smith Machine provides a strong and safe workout environment with its top-of-the-line 25mm self-aligning linear bearings. The available smith bar sleeve space of 21cm on each side accommodates both Olympic and standard plates, while the easily adjustable safety catches offer peace of mind during your lifts

Allows for the use of both Standard and Olympic Plates with Interchangable Plate Sleeves.

HALF RACK COMPONENT

The sturdy half rack component, featuring heavy-duty 50x50 (3mm thick) front uprights, is perfect for those who already have a barbell and plates. The included J-hooks and spotter arms ensure safety and support during your compound exercises. The uprights feature laser-cut holes and numbering for easy adjustments, and the multi-grip pull-up bar with foam padding provides a comfortable grip for upper body workouts.

    Would highly recommend

    The team at Flex Fitness have always gone above and beyond making every interaction as meaningful as possible and supplying their goods as quickly and conveniently as they could even during the recent supply chain issues! Would highly recommend especially if you're slowly building up a home gym like I am, thanks Flex!

    Stop looking. Get one!!

    This is an awesome piece of equipment. Easy to assemble. I managed to build it on my own. I searched for months for the best quality gym station at a reasonable price and got more than I expected. Even better with all the extras I added. Staff are easy to talk to, quick to reply and very helpful. Have recommended these guys to my friends.

    Great quality machine at a great price and the guys at Flex Fitness are great, very helpfull... I think this machine was easy to assemble and would recommend it to anybody....

    My amazing red beauty

    Amazing! So so happy with this purchase! Arrived when I needed it wasn’t any delays ... tears of happiness this has helped me mentally and physically! Massive thank you to everyone here behind the scenes making it possible for me!! Money well spent! Side note a assembling video set up would be preferable as the written instructions are tricky!!
