F40 PRO Functional Trainer

The Armortech F40 Pro is a perfect home gym that allows for a variety of exercises, packed into a compact footprint. The F40 Pro is a 3-IN-1 workout station: Smith Machine, Functional Trainer and a Half Rack.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINER COMPONENT

The F40 Pro Functional Trainer component has a 70KG weight stack on each side, and allows you to perform any cable exercise you can think off.
Smooth and durable motion, built with plastic pulleys and heavy duty cables that are rated to over 350kg.

A great upgraded feature is the super-easy and fast, pop-pin adjustment system with handle - to select a desired height quick and easy.
Compatible with a range of 'cable attachments' for a variety of exercises like;
Push Press, Cable Crossover, Tricep Pushdown, Lat Pulldown, Rows, Bicep Curls, and many more.

SMITH MACHINE COMPONENT

Smith bar weight & diameter: 15KG and 28mm diameter

The F40 Pro Multi Smith Machine provides a STRONG and SAFE workout, with top of the range: 25mm self-alligning linear bearings. The available smith bar sleeve space is 21cm on each side (accepts Olympic or Standard plates). Workout with piece of mind with easily adjustable Safety Catches included.

The smith machine highest rack point is 182cm (6ft).

HALF RACK COMPONENT

The F40 Pro Half Rack; front uprights are heavy duty: 50x50 (3mm thick).

The Half Rack is for optional use, as the J-Hooks and Spotter Arms are included
So if you have a barbell and plates already - you can now use it with the F40 Pro for all your compound exercises.

The uprights feature laser cut holes & numbering for easier adjustments and at the top you have the multi-grip pull-up bar: with foam padding.
NEW feature is the magnet in the j-hooks and spotter arms so it stays fixed in place without a rattle.

TAKE THE STRESS OUT OF WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

The F40 Pro is the big brother of the F30. It's still the same great machine but comes with 70KG plastic weights stacks on each side, taking the stress out of weight adjustment. A simple quick and easy pin allows you to easily change the weight, and perform supersets or dropsets quicker, without resting too long in between sets for the ultimate cardio muscle burn.

STORAGE AND INCLUSIONS

The F40 has 2x pegs for plate storage, and 1x bar holder. Accepts either Olympic and Standard plates (sleeve design).

This product is oversize/bulky and ships separately. It cannot be sent using an express courier.
