The Armortech V2 Heavy Duty Strongman Sand bags offer a uniquely challenging and adjustable form of strength and stability training.
Designed to be super durable and easy to use for any type of sandbag workout. They offer strong and reinforced handles with double stiched joins.
Incrementally adjust weight with filler bags. These sandbags are popular among a wide variety of athletes - from Strongman competitors to martial artists - as a way to add strength to bodyweight training, and developing stabilizer muscles on a level not always possible with traditional stable loads.
Please note the ideal working range for sand bags is 70-80% off max capacity. Any less and the bag will feel empty, ay more, and the sand will not shift in the bag.
DO NOT fill filler bags more than 3/4 full. As the filler bags are double velcro, so need space to join properly and if you fill more than 3/4 you will increase the chance of bursting. Sandbags are not designed to be slammed, dragged, or filled directly with sand (without filler bags).
