Add cable training to your RAX 100 with this freestanding lat pulldown and low-row tower, bolting straight onto the rear of your Power Cage frame.
A FULL CABLE STATION, BUILT IN A complete pulley system — 6 pulleys and 2 steel guide rods — runs dual cable paths, enabling both lat pulldown and low-row/cable-crossover movements from the one attachment. Selectorised weight loading on a sliding carriage lets you load standard Olympic plates, and the top cross-bar doubles as a multi-grip bar.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO GET STARTED Comes complete with a swivel lat bar, V-bar, single handle, long and short handle grips, ankle strap, and adjustable-height chains with spring clips and hooks.
