This Swiss bar from Armortech is useful for many different types of lifting exercises requiring a neutral grip. One of the main reasons weightlifters may want to use the Swiss bar when lifting is when they're experiencing shoulder problems. Many people also use them to simply add some variety to their training routines. The versatility of the Swiss bar makes it good for a number of exercises.
With 39mm thick handles are spaced 150mm, 350mm and 550mm for training variety. It is an excellent bar for training if you've hit a plateau in the gym or if you suffer from any shoulder injuries, then the neutral grip of the Armortech Swiss Olympic Bar is the way to go.
