Great communication

Only received half the plates originally due to damaged packaging. Flex equipment were very quick to rectify the issue and made communication easy. Plates are as described and machined with a smooth bevel along the opening which makes it comfortable to hold if using in place of dumb bells. Inner diameter fits snugly around Olympic barbells. Great product! Great service.
