This bench is very sturdy and it is handy to be able to change the elevation for seated exercises. It is higher than other benches though, which makes it difficult for a short person like me to have my feet on the floor when doing bench press, resulting in poor form. I will need to buy a flat bench for this purpose.

Very happy, very sturdy and the wheels make it easy to move around. Maybe not ideal for someone of my height being 6.3 but overall happy
