With a base weight of 41kg and maximum weight capacity of 1000LB (453KG), this machine can handle even the most intense training sessions.

The Glider Squat features a dual-sleeve loading design, with top loadable plate sleeves (31 cm each side), along with rear lower plate storage/loading horns (20 cm each side). This setup allows for added resistance and improved stability, while helping distribute heavier loads evenly throughout the movement for a smoother and more controlled lift.
