    The customer service from Flex has been excellent. I definitely will be buying again from Flex.

    I recently purchased a flat bench and a resistance band from Flex. I opted to collect from their Wangara warehouse. My order was ready for collection within 48 hours. The warehouse staff was friendly and their service was great. They found my order very quickly and helped to load it into my car.

    A previous order with Flex had some issues when I turned up to collect my purchase on the weekend. The warehouse staff could only locate part of my order. They informed me that once they have found the missing items, they would arrange for the items to be delivered for free. I received a call from their customer service team the following Monday to apologise for the inconvenience. The rest of my order was delivered within 24 hours.

    Great bench.

    Love my new bench. Nice and wide, firm and great for bench pressing. Very stable for tripcep dips etc.

    Sturdy bench, could use better grip on the feet

    Decent price, quite sturdy, but the caps that cover the feet are a hard-ish plastic and they slip quite a lot if it’s not on rubber flooring. Would be much better if the caps were rubber for the grip. Good width and the padding is hard so it doesn’t feel like you sink into it, also plenty of clearance for chest supported rows, but you’ll need to chuck something under the feet to get it up off the ground for full range of motion. Packaging was perfectly fine and easy to construct, might need your own spanners as the ones included are a bit fiddly. Overall a good bench for the price, just wish it had rubber feet to keep it in place.
