To ensure your warranty remains valid, avoid placing sharp objects near the bench to prevent damage to the upholstery, and refrain from allowing hard items to hit the bench to avoid chipping the powder coating.

Additionally, do not use harsh chemicals for cleaning any part of the bench. Please note that some exclusions apply, including normal wear and tear, cosmetic or surface scratches, and upholstery issues that are considered part of regular use.

I will be back.

Dropped into Flex Fitness and was met with an absolutely lovely guy Oliver., They allowed me to browse on my own and when I approached Oliver he was ever so obliging and helpful. Oliver demonstrated the equipment and was so patient in explaining fully all specification . I even got a great discount. I will be back. Really impressed with layout pf shop, variety of equipment and knowledge of Oliver and Jay.

Great value but could be sturdier

I had never installed a bench before so I was not a fan of the 1 photo visual instructions without any words written on them. However most of the installation was intuitive. From testing bench presses and chest flys, its working well so far. However I do wish the front part that holds up the seat could be more sturdier, maybe add a nylon nut+ washer at the end to make it feel sturdier.

Great company and flawless service considering covid was affecting everyone and Flex were coping with their own turbulence. A well made bench at a great price with more than enough capacity for an average Joe like me. I looked everywhere for something that would suit me and there was nothing anywhere with this capacity and at this price. Well done Flex.
