SMITH MACHINE

The F70 Max Smith Machine offers a safe and efficient way to perform a wide range of controlled movements. With its ability to isolate muscles and progressively increase weight, it enhances the versatility of your training routine. Equipped with 25mm self-aligning linear bearings for smooth operation and reduced wear, the Smith Machine prioritises safety while enriching your workout experience.

The included GunRack makes it easy to rack heavier loads, allowing you to confidently push your limits. Designed to accommodate only Olympic plates, the 41.5cm sleeve space on each side ensures a secure and stable workout. With a maximum racking height of 176cm, it comfortably suits users up to 6ft 6" (196cm).

Enhance your training with the versatile leg press plate that easily attaches to the Smith Bar. Simply position the safety plates on the GunRack, adjust the bench or floor, and perform vertical leg presses. Max Weight

HALF RACK

The Half Rack improves your strength training by allowing you to perform compound movements with ease and efficiency. This robust and essential addition maximises your workouts, helping you focus on reaching your fitness goals while taking advantage of the half rack's versatility and safety features.

The Half Rack is an optional addition to the F70 Max, allowing you to integrate your existing barbell and plates for a full range of compound exercises. Along with the Half Rack, you'll receive several useful attachments: Dip Handles, a Foam Pad attachment for Lat exercises, Foot Plate attachment for Rows, Landmine Rotating attachment, and 2 Band Pegs.

The F70 Max also includes J-Hooks and Spotter Arms for added versatility and safety. The uprights feature laser-cut holes and numbering for easy adjustments, and the top of the rack is equipped with a black powder-coated multi-grip pull-up bar.

The rack features rear hooks designed to securely store your Spotter Arms and Dip Handles.
