Terms and Conditions for "WIN the Ultimate Travel Freedom" Competition
Eligibility:
● This competition is open to residents of Australia only.
● Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
● Employees of Flex Fitness Equipment and their immediate family members are not
eligible to enter.

Entry Period:
● Competition runs from 1st March to 28th March 2025.
● Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.
How to Enter:
● Entry is automatic when making a purchase with Flex Fitness Equipment during the Max Out March Sale.
● Every purchase made during the Max Out March Sale counts as an entry. There is no
limit to the number of entries per person.
Prize:
● The prize consists of a $2,500 Visa gift card.
● The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any
other items.
Winner Selection:
● The winner will be drawn on 1st April 2025.
● The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Notification:
● The winner will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
● If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, a redraw will take place.
Prize Delivery:
● The prize will be sent to the winner within 10-14 business days after confirmation of
delivery details.
● Flex Fitness Equipment is not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen
circumstances.
