Step by Step Guide for using our Click & Collect option:
- When you're ready to checkout your order, select the 'Click & Collect' option located near you.
- Once your order has been successfully processed online, our team will send you an email containing a 'packing slip' that includes a consignment number and the address of our depot location.
- Our team will then begin preparing your order for pickup. Please allow up to 3 to 7 business days for your order to be fully prepared.
- Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a call from our depot team to arrange a convenient day and time for you to collect your order.
- When you arrive at our depot, simply provide the consignment number and Β drivers license and our team will assist you in retrieving your order.
