How do I choose the right pull up bar for my space and goals?
Measure stud spacing first (most Aussie walls are 450 or 600 mm). Leave 30–40 cm from the ceiling for head clearance. Go multi-grip for varied back and arm work. Straight bars around 32 mm feel familiar for daily pull ups; 50 mm “fat” bars challenge your grip. Globe bars are great for climbers and OCR-style training.
